Educational Qualification

Maximum age: 38 years (as of January 1, 2023)
Age relaxation as per Odisha government rules:
5 years for SC/ST/SEBC/Women/Ex-servicemen
10 years for Persons with Disabilities (PWD)
Up to 15 years cumulative relaxation for PWD candidates belonging to SC/ST/SEBC categories
Special relaxation up to 45 years for certain serving Junior Engineers who acquired their degree later.

Should be of good character, sound health, and physically fit.
Ability to read, write, and speak Odia is required.
